URGENT UPDATE on Replacement Shares!!!

I called the TA back and spoke to Anna. This is what she told me:

1. No replacement certificates will be sent to holders of pre R/S SSPT shares. She said there is no "mandatory share exchange" and that it's up to the brokerages to deal with reducing the shares in a customer's account. New post R/S certs can be ordered at the shareholder's expense.

2. She verified that Shot Spirits did NOT reduce the Authorized Shares - they remain at 4,000,000,000.

People waiting for new paper certificates to be sent to their brokerages should call the brokers and get to the bottom of what needs to happen so they can sell their holdings if desired.
