KENTUCKY War Creek Oil/Gas Well Project Providing quality energy Standard Oil Company USA, Inc. announces the purchase of the War Creek Project in War Creek and Mill Creek Districts, Breathitt County, Kentucky. Recorded from War Creek Energy, LLC, this leasehold includes 400 acres plus numerous production wells (immediate revenues) with some of the wells being fully equipped with tank batteries.

Project Inventory Three complete wells with pump jacks and tanks.One 210 barrel tank and six 100 barrel holding tanks. Honda engines with automatic timers running two pump jacks with natural gas fuel from the wells.

About the Property Two of the three oil/gas wells are currently being produced. The wells are making between one and two barrels per day each natural and about six thousand cubic feet of gas natural. The wells began production in mid 2009 with production around twenty barrels per day and have declined due to the lack of completion and stimulation.

These wells were drilled through the Corniferous formation at depths between 1600 and 1800 feet depending on elevation. They are cased with 7î pipe to the Big Lime formation. The Big Lime is also a prolific producer of oil in the area. Structurally, Road Fork has shown to be dipping to the northwest and providing thicker Big Lime and Devonian Shale formations.

West Virginia Development Coal Methane Gas Project Providing quality energy

as stated in the News Releease of Aug 14 2020 > ...The West Virginia Properties alone are expected to deliver approximately USD $30 Million in revenues annually. ..

Standard Oil USA has signed an LOI on the financing package for the 18,000 acres of Natural Gas / Coal Bed Methane Properties in West Virginia.

This agreement will enable Standard Oil Company USA to develop and operate a 18,000 acre property located in the panhandle of West Virginia. It runs from near the Ohio River on the west to near the Pennsylvania State line to the east. It lies north of Wheeling and south of Weirton, and east of Steubenville.

The property is rife with Coal Bed Methane (CBM) and coal, lying within a known field of both. At this stage we are only concentrating on extracting Coal Bed Methane Gas.

Investment Opportunity The reserves of CBM are estimated to be 1.6+ trillion ccft and reserves of coal are estimated to be 450+ million tons in an engineering report conducted by Ralph Sharpe in 1990. A recent engineers review of the property concluded that there had been no asset extraction or development since the 1990 report. The state of West Virginia's economy is based upon energy, be it coal, gas, or oil.
Developing an entity of this magnitude would be of major interest to those in charge of the states coffers. The willingness of cooperation will be manifested in the efficiency of moving paper work through the system in an expeditious manner. Requests of information from the Department of Mines and Minerals, WVGS, and the Division of Oil and Gas will be more easily obtained. The new standards being promulgated by the new Director of the EPA is directed more toward surface mining than underground.

Transportation All transportation of the gas will be via the existing network of gas lines in the region, several of which run across this property.

About the Property Standard Oil Company USA has control of the mineral rights on this property; there is no lien on the property. The procedures for drilling each well will be as follows. Each well(s) will be permitted to clarion series for production if necessary.
Going through both Freeport seams and both Kittanning seams, totaling as much as 520 inches, the four intervals (or their equivalent depth) will be penetrated, and total depth will be 30 feet below the lowest seam, Casing program will be as follows, set conductor as necessary- 11-3/4 or 9-5/8th inch as instructed. Set intermediate casing through river gravel, (if found to be present), Casing will protect fresh water zone. Drilling will continue to projected depth to expose all coal seams
As each casing point is reached casing will be cemented. Electric Logs will be run by Schlumberger. Production zones will be determined and casing will be set through all methane horizons , cemented, " cemented bond log" will be run to assure a safe completion attempt can be undertaken. Study of results will be completed. Re-entry of well and start perforating casing to prepare the well for completion. The completion program will require engineering review with Schlumberger staff as to recommended procedure. Perforate and proceed with treatment.

TEXAS Development/Joint Venture Project Providing quality energy

Standard Oil Company USA Inc has entered into a Joint Venture with Home Creek Energy of Smyer Texas. The purpose of this agreement is to grant Standard Oil Company USA the rights to purchase from Home Creek Energy the following Oil Leases located in Haskell and Kent Counties of Texas.

Project Inventory There are 14 leases in total covering approximately 2,500 acres and 30 currently producing wells.

About the Property The propoerty is located in Haskell and Kent Counties of Texas.Most of the wells were drilled in the late 1980's and are in need of rework to include mitigation of the current formations that each well has produced over the years.
