There is not proof backing up what I see here. Where are the SEC charges or new releases on these statements???

When companies put a lawsuit notice against Internet posters on their website and it's a penny stock with no actual ownership of land, no actual revenue, touting a stock buy back, touting a possible buyout, a default status on their SOS with the TA as their registrant, an NI status report with no geologist stamp or signature, misspelled names and numbers and companies they all point to fraud.

There's too many red flags here it's amazing some don't see them.
