The address is the only thing that's real about that NI 43-101. Greg's name is wrong, as given in the email AND in a PR put out by SAEI. The name of his company is wrong. The phone numbers are off by a couple of digits.

And if you write to him or call him (one person did speak with him) he'll tell you that he has no association with SAEI.
