What NVS is doing with basic reserach is the polar opposite of what you’re suggesting for PFE.

NVS has around 25 research locations spread around the world compared to 4 U.S. locations and 1 U.K. location for Pfizer. I'll guess that smallest Pfizer location is 2500 people strong whereas I would think the biggest for NVS might now be the Cambridge NIBR center. I think they have 3 Cambridge groups now, all separate from each other (pharma, vaccine, bio).
