Please, don't come here and run your mouth about things you don't know.

You quoted an outdated statement from the time when the company was a shell. It is no longer a shell.

From the last 10Q, released November 15th:

The Company formerly was a shell company.

The Company has initiated operations, and is no longer a shell company.
