No...They are laughing at the position that ST is in.....Now lets suppose that ST offers GBOE some cash for shares.....Whats it worth to ST to bail themselves out of this mess that they created......20 Million, 30 million......Lets see here..assume they need 10 or 15 million shares to cover their screw up and they offer 20mm to do it.....That still leaves us with a 12.3 million OS with 20 million cash on hand......What's that worth?
