Everyone should look at SAEI today, as they apparently got an unsolicited bid for their company based on their 43-101 which I linked here yesterday... Offer at $1.75/share and they have traded up to 90 cents ...
Maybe SUGO will file a 43 101 that will garner a similar bid... it could happen if they have the minerals and they document them properly...
