The judge made his award to Wamu. The award and litigation were transferred to JPM. There appears to be some confusion as to whether that was by virtue of the FDIC siezure/sale, or whether the assets were conveyed to JPM by Wamu as part of the POR/settlement. That's why you have heard references to the term "fraudulent conveyence," particularly in Sonterra's presentation, and why Steinberg is getting at the back-dating issue.
