Dino, we'll either be winner or weiners!

I guess the more significant quesetion is: what does it mean to be the winner. This isn't just some small town beauty pagent the DoD is running and we aren't in it for the money. I agree with your assessment while at the same time wonder if the Army also already knows we have it in the bag...?
