Just putting 2 and 2 together, they were in advanced negotiations, then our old cryptic buddy said he thought there was an issue/delay with the song rights that prevented them from attending the IAAPA, seems logical that was the news they were expecting to release in 6 - 8 weeks.

Technically they did say at one point that they expected them to finalized by the end of the year, so I'll give em a couple more weeks to hammer them out.
