1. Is an active strategy in progress for getting back the IP?
2. In the statement the board issued, I thought there were contradictions. I recetlty posted it. Hard to get back BUT we are negotiating with the former officers AND we are taking legal action to get it back. We are talking legal action AND we are going to try to "induce" them to give it back. As I wrote but it seems clearer to me now, there does not seem to be much comeraderie in their description seeming to foreclose the possibility of reaching an agreement that would be in both sides' self interest. I don't know the probabilities of each strategy but there surely seems to be a contradiction. Comment if you would like. Thanks
