Today's PR by CDIV is certainly one of the most mentally challenged I've seen in a long time. As I said from the start, until they order a OBO list as well and add the totals together and match them up against the shares issued to Cede & Co (as supplied by their transfer agent) they are doing nothing but attempting to confuse market naifs.

CDIV showed their true colors today. They are either

1. 100% Stupid

or

2. Lousy low down scamming crooks.
