Copy of a RB post.

I don't post there too often but here is a copy of some thoughts, for what its worth....

There is no problem (IMO) with him {Scott Millier} putting out news releases, he should. This is the primary method for him to keep the shareholder updated while we are unlisted and uncovered. Furthermore, I do not think our slide has one bit to do with the broader market, oil, interest rates or any other external reason. We are slipping because there is absolutely no interest, coverage, buy pressure or news on our little company. There are plenty of people, like me and you guys, that have acquired a stake that sits well with them in our unlisted, non-public disclosing, un-tested, infant company. I am content with what I have and consider it too much of a risk to move large amounts of money from my other investments to NowAuto at this point (I have bought a couple times recently for my IRAs).

When we get the news about the acquisition and when we move to AMEX this company will start moving towards the valuation that it deserves. With these two milestones behind us, based on the 31-38 2005 EPS estimation I think that a valuation in the 6-10 PE range would be conservative. NowAuto, IMO, should be seen as a growth company at this stage, not as an income company. 6-10 PE for a growth company is well below market average but I think it is acceptable to value it lower since there still exist ample risk due to the short history of the company, the small market cap, and unsecured nature of the navicom assets. Taking an average of 35 cent EPS with the 6-10 PE then the share price would be $2.10 to $3.50. Again, my guesses and only after the new deal closes and we get listed. One other thing, after these happen we will get much more visibility and many new investors, I wouldn't expect he price to stay at those level for long if NWAU continues to grow.

80 cents a share would certainly change the way I look at this company {as one of the RB posters indicated}. At that price, as they say on the World Poker Tour, "I'm going all in!"

By the way - my friend is visiting the company tomorrow, meeting with Scott Miller in the morning and touring the NaviCom facility. I asked her to send me pictures of the people, lots and facilities; I am anxious to hear the 'report', who knows, maybe I'll go all in or fold tomorrow.
