When you have absolutely no business, no revenue and mention to your investors that you will be providing an update with possible good news in the late 3rd quarter/4th quarter and then come back with not a word, nothing- That's just bad business. Down right awful.

If you don't have any update or positive news to report just say that you are still working with Chinese government, anything really, right?

Lack of communication in today's day and age just leads everyone to believe that your company is fraudulent.
