This Alert was posted because McClellan_Oscillator (NAMO) had_SmallChange_at_Close_Today_(Wednesday). Only exception to this Alert is if we have another McClellan Oscillator small change on Close either Thursday or Friday.

No direction is given by these signals. You must discern which direction this MajorMove might occur.

This alert supercedes the Alert given Tuesday 12/07/10 because we had another McClellan Oscillator with a smallchg on-close tonight.

In the past 3 days, we have had three of these smallchange Alert signals given by the McClellan Oscillators. It is rare to have 3 smallchanges on-close in the Oscillators in a row. In my recollection it tends to occur each year; to my knowledge there is no particular significance in it other that the momentum decision is at this point confused.

It is interesting to note:
Advance/Declines for Nasdaq is not confused see recent SUMMATIONS for Nasdaq, the momentum direction is Upward. see charts below.

On the other hand, Advance/Declines for NYSE is confused, see recent SUMMATIONS for NYSE, the momentum was upward for a few days and is now downward for a few days enough to turn in both directions. see charts below.
