The effect of the financing on 4Q10 EPS will be negligible because the denominator in the EPS calculation is based on the average shares outstanding during the reporting period.

The period from the closing of the offering to the end of the quarter will be roughly 15% of the quarter, so the effect on 4Q10 EPS will be about 1.5%, which is tantamount to round-off error.
