I just attempted to enter an order to buy 100 shares at the ask (.65) at Zecco and the trade was rejected - message said it was halted. Is that correct? Or is that just Zecco being Zecco?

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
