The key will be how quickly the pricing is announced and that the shares are fully subscribed.

There are a couple of factors that I think suggest this one will price and close quickly.



It priced quickly. Considering the size and trading today, I think we should see this closed by Tuesday.

This should put in the bottom absent another event.
