VIKI, unfortunately we are the last to know or will never know, but the activity, imo, is very suspicious.
It could just as easily be someone without any negative info deciding to unload a large position for personal reasons.
I have learned over the years to be very, very cautious of these penny bb stocks.
IMO, the tape doesn't often lie.

I lightened up this morning just after seeing the activity.
I could be wrong, but if Belize should fall apart for some reason, we're in deep trouble.
Also, Teco has a history of failed attempts and promises on the US ventures and management that might be considered suspect.

But then again, hope springs eternal and I could be all 'wet' and this is a glorious opportunity to get in at sub-basement prices, especially if the Belize situation pans out.
It's a pure crap shoot, imo, with the potential for great rewards.
And substantial losses.
