Thought it interesting that rosen responded to the boli coli issue you brougt up, then the judge ask him if they were transferd and he said no. (interesting) It also seemed as if rosen called out sussman by saying, why dont we have numbers here in court from PJS, He seemed very arrogant as if to call him out. did it seem that way in court?
