Steinberg's close - I just listened. Although there were gaps where audio wasn't working, IMO, it was brilliant. It could have been a rant, but it wasn't. Passionate, pointed out the many, many flaws in the POR. Humorous, yet thoughtful.
Am now listening to Silverstein (I think - but the arguments sound like Senterra's). Not as passionate - methodical. LTWs are a property right exclusively derived from litigation. Equity warrant is derived from underlying business risk.
I prefer Steinberg.
