25 years are my projections, not TATF,
I am sure that TATF will re-assess some projections when the time comes at 20 years. The teak might just have been stunted due to global warming changes. In any event a couple of seasons of great weather conditions might have the teak at projected size anyway.
That BTW will still not do any current investors nearing the end of their contracts with TATF any good, the world downturn is still here globally. No, I believe you should give serious consideration to extending land use and trusting Steve's professional team of forresters care.
For only an additional 29-34% fee of the original land use fee Steve will probably grant extentions.
