Exactly! Put another way, DD's t-enox being Lupenox rhetoric is bull. No offense, but if someone on a public message board thinks they know non public information about Lupenox & Teva, don't you think MNTA would have similiar or better info? And if they believed in and/or proved said rumors, do ya think this offering would be taking place?

Me neither.

The entire Lupenox disclosure on this board still bothers me. First no comment, then it will come out in time..., then the guessing game, ect. Doesn't pass the smell test, IMO.
