Chri, it's kinda hard for me to explain it without using profanity. Let's put it this way....Whit and NIR had an agreement for a long term financing arrangement. NIR F____ed Whit (and all of us) BAD and repeatedly. After several months of getting anally raped, Whit finally said enough of this S____ and terminated the agreement. Then CR decided to sue for Whit not allowing him to continue F____ing him up the ____ any more.
If that doesn't take a big set of brass balls then I don't know what does.
Whit should have sued CR first but I guess he just wanted him to go away. Whit's counter suit has more merit than the NIR suit but CR has lots of $$$$ from all the other companies he rapes. That's his life. Wall St. Rapist. What a life.
