MNTA: a guess on the offering price?

i say $15.25 or +

another note... i think MNTA has decided not to let the dust settle on their shoes and is moving to raise cash to get other 'promising' drugs into the clinic in a timely manner i.e. partnership.

This offering should not (necessarily) be viewed as a negative event.
