NBRI should act the same as SAEI or even better once they have uplisted and the EB5 application is approved or they have finalized the purchase of the Ruby mine. SAEI has 61 Million shares outstanding and has a higher float. NBRI has 80 Million Shares Outstanding. 68 Million are held by the owners or main investors so there's really only 11.4 million shares outstanding to the public. Heck if we took a quick tally of have many shares were owned by people on this board it would be interesting to see what's left. It's hard to believe they are @ 1400 share holders. JMO. I expect to hear something by next week on the lastest uplisting submission.
