Could you do me a favor please - in the link below click on ""Significant Events in Case" and then

click on "Hearing Transcripts" - and then check if the Dec 1, 2010 hearing transcript has been

posted yet.


For a reason - probably due to being in Canada - I get nothing when I click on "Hearing Transcripts".
