(a) is an engineer or geoscientist with at least five years of experience in mineral exploration, mine
development or operation or mineral project assessment, or any combination of these;
(b) has experience relevant to the subject matter of the mineral project and the technical report; and
(c) is in good standing with a professional association and, in the case of a foreign association listed in
Appendix A, has the corresponding designation in Appendix A;

Biographical Summary
Mr. Andrei B. Yasinskij is a seasoned mining industry veteran and project geologist. With distinguished mining and exploration career that has spanned 25 years and three continents, Mr. Yasinskij has operated in key managerial roles — encompassing mine development and construction management — with prominent mining companies including 12 years in Kazakhstan with UC Samruk Kazyna Mining. While at UC as project geologist, Mr. Yasinskij was responsible for all exploration activities, definition drill-out and resource studies that identified the UC Gold Mine.
