The only filing that is of any import is that the company has new officers and directors. They have nothing to do with Everbank. There is nothing on the TX SOS site that says anything different.

NSCT has not put out a PR. The filing about AMC is reflecting the 8K issued and nothing else.

How do I know.. I called TX SOS and asked. as I stated before.
