**As Dan stated, she probably won't rule tomorrow. There is no way she can just make a decision like that within minutes of all this testimony. But who the hell knows.

I am hopeful the EC is bringing the big bats to the plate tomorrow and produce something so compelling it cannot be ignored, and it absolutely shuts down this POR. Without a doubt.

POR rejection will make life very difficult for Walrath. Probably add another year if not more to this case. But as a judge you have to ask yourself, is it worth it to go the distance here for the best possible outcome? It approving the POR in light of all the testimony the best choice, that will reflect well on me? What if in 6 months after equity is wiped billions of assets are magically discovered by the debtors? What will people think of me?

These are the questions I would be asking. Let's hope Walrath asks at least one or two. Let's hope the testmony has caused her at least a twinge of doubt about approving this POR.
