Hi Rapture and Arthur,

I had completely lost touch with management after Graham Clarke passed away, and had basically written off the investment. I hadb't even checked the stock price in over a year. My brother was actually the one that alerted me to the unusual activity in the last couple of weeks. We know that Michael Grollman is gone and that Michael DeLaGarza has taken over as CEO. We also know that they have recently moved offices. I was checking for information today and noticed that they received a continuity of patent for the old monolithic inductor in September and that they were commercializing a new product. I strongly doubt that that explains the reason for the activity and jump in share price. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, and who knows, maybe there will be (or has been)a merger with a subsidiary of EverBank Financial. In any case it is nice to see the stock price literally rise from the dead. I'm sure that there a quite a few oldtimers who participated in the private placements that are sitting on a boatload of shares. That is a concern for me, in that I don't really understand why they would make an attractive merger candidate, with all those shares outstanding. Time will tell.
