ok. the last bunch of posts i've read were all about WHEN the air permit and if it will be withen 7 days. that is the question LTG asked david denks. I called DEC after i read his post. I asked if he was inundated with phone calls regarding jbii. he said yes but asked me what he can help me with. he was very polite and forthcoming. i asked point blank when the air permit was going to be submitted and he said "next week if not sooner". now being that i called on a friday, that could only have been construed as that day or "next week". why should anyone believe me? after all, it is a message board and it was my first post. i understand that. what i stated is fact. now..... have people ever said something that doesn't come to fruition? of course we all know the answer to that. i however, am going with "this week". happy holidays to everyone and let's hope that this long wait will finally be worth it. after all.... patience is a virtue and all good things come to those who wait. cya
