this is an egregious error. i can see misstating the hebrew for their product meeting "sameness" (which they stated at the quarterly) with "identical" in the english, but the error you point out almost seems deliberate (now i sound like one of the conspiracy theorists)
i think if bill marth really wanted to comment on the lawsuit he would do so with an english speaking outlet and be quite precise with the wording he used - otherwise as you say much is lost in translation
