To address the other portion of your post, should you, I, or others, rather than discounting the possibility of t-enox approval, consider it as fact, what would change? There would be more discussion of how it was missed that MNTAs tools were not as special as thought, there might be discussion about who leaked the proprietary information, etc., but wouldn't it come down to where we are now - that the lawsuit was the best way to address the situation?
I'm not challenging you, just trying to grasp for an understanding of where you're coming from.
