Being ignored?

If they issue the air permit with a pending SW permit, which is unusual, after their fair period of due diligence, then they'll not only be doing extra-right by JBI, but the Senator's muscle-flexing may also add a few months of extra revenue for us longs.

But ignored? That doesn't make sense as a knowledge claim. Especially if you actually read the letter.
