i suspect that when the air permit is not issued expediently like has been proffered here, people will start to look for bona fide links as to how the thought was even established in the first place that the permit was imminent.

my guess then, when none are furnished, other than the proverbial "he said -she saids"..... that price of .57 will look massive in comparison to coming days.
