The glass is half full, not half empty!
A poster at "the other board" was at the IFT Food show last summer that NTRZ was at, including John Short and 3 sales VP's. He was told that it was hard doing business in BK because companies were not willing to commit while Z was under BK. Well we are out of BK as of last Wednesday.
But the fun comment to him was was, "They did say the Chinese would not do anything with Z while in Chapter 11.". Well, if NTRZ had no future with China, why would they even bring it up. I translate that as "China WILL be doing business with NTRZ when we exit BK". We did have a rice bran oil plant deal with them canceled in BK.. We could not afford it anyway. But, Since the NTRZ oil process makes the 80% of the left overs from the rice bran oil process human food in place of low grade animal feed, China who needs food certainly has their eyes on NTRZ. I just don't know how Short pulls it off. Licensing is a possibility.
I can't guarantee a China deal, just trying to assemble clues. If one acts on KNOWN market info, he will have trouble making money.
Let the fun begin.
