At least 3 people say 'your feeling' is wrong. Why? Because they CALLED, and reported back. Even I've called, and the people at the DEC are very friendly and outspoken.....




Who did you talk to at DEC and what day and date? And did you ask if the air permit for Canada was for the blending facility or for P2O?
