How could I forget the NIR crap
Whit's lawyers need to get him a jury trial. This will increase odds of winning substantially. Thursday's hearing was postponed till Dec. 20 and I believe this is what they will be asking for.
If a jury is granted I will probably add to avg. down and because I think he will win with a jury. 8 counter claims were filed against NIR and only one stuck but it's the biggie...insider trading. There's clear evidence that CR started dumping and continued dumping upon learning from Whit himself that sales were not as good as expected. Not only did the SOB dump upon delivery, he absolutely destroyed the pps and any hopes of Whit obtaining any other financing. Whit was quoted in his deposition that "it's like doing business with both hands tied behind your back". He's absolutely right and the destruction in the pps is clear as day on the charts. It really is amazing he's still in business. This is where his low key, chemistry dorky demeanor can play right into the hands of the jury. He needs to throw in a few stories about having to sell his house and car and wife's wedding ring, etc. to stay in business. The jury will take one look at sleaze ball Corey and think, You BASS TURD! then award Whit millions in damages. That's the way I think it's gonna play out. After that it's PAAARRRRRRTTTAAAAYY time! No more albatross around the neck. Back to biz...with Corey's cash instead of his threats. F--- that SOB!
Just remember the thick aviators and fat tie, Whit. Pocket protector...go heavy on the Old Spice...anything to look old-school and dorky. That's your best chance.
