I more on your side of the bet you made with Peter, so not taking that one. I would take the Lupenox bet, but we may not ever be able to truly determine a winner.

My position remains that Teva is submitting an LMWH somewhat like Lovenox but not at all like Lupneox. It may or may not be getting help from ItalFarmaco.

Why has Teva not said who their partner is? There is a rationale, that identifying the partner would make it easier for trade secrets to be stolen. We know from the Copaxone litigation that Teva is a bit antsy about that stuff.
