DEC UPDATE -- PERMIT EXPECTED NEXT WEEK

As confirmed by several people who called today.

odd.... heres a post that suggests otherwise. now what? heres a suggestion, sticky post both, so that both sides of the equation receive equal notice:


i'll step in here, out of sequence, and share what i gleaned.

consider this to be [another example].


and, of course realize i am a former mod here on the board, with nearly 350 posts under my belt, vs. (one example) cited from a first time poster.

The DEC claims they have made no specific representations that an air permit is forthcoming within a week. in fact, my feeling is that they would never represent to anyone any specific timeframe about a permit that is underway.

so, there you have it. yet, another version. please sticky so equal representation can be made for both opinions/facts/sides of the story.
