Well, they have to be within the context of the User Agreement.

Basically, we allow the deletion of spam (read the definition) and personal attacks.

That typically wipes out the folks that don't have anything to add.

After a certain number of deletions (5) they are sent on a posting vacation for a while.

And we have some interesting little "multiple alias" catchers coming into play here soon.
