i'll step in here, out of sequence, and share what i gleaned.

and, of course realize i am a former mod here on the board, with nearly 350 posts under my belt, vs. (one example) cited from a first time poster.

The DEC claims they have made no specific representations that an air permit is forthcoming within a week. in fact, my feeling is that they would never represent to anyone any specific timeframe about a permit that is underway.

so, there you have it. yet, another version. please sticky so equal representation can be made for both opinions/facts/sides of the story.

DEC UPDATE -- PERMIT EXPECTED NEXT WEEK "OR SOONER"

(1) They expect air permit only to operate and if a solid waste permit is needed at all it will be processed while they are already operating and won't stop allowing them to do full scale commercial production. As confirmed by several people who called today.

ummm... share, share price, stock performance, etc...

and conversely, do you have a link saying it is the case? oh, other than a posters hearsay statement, which, of course is the exact converse of my hearsay statement?
