No more ugly than when it's 51 degrees outside, and the temperature gauge says 51 degrees.

That's what Barchart does. Takes the temperature of the stock. It is not a surprise that it says 100% sell - it's been going down, down, down. When it goes up up up, Barchart will say take the temperature again, and say buy buy buy.
