Have I sold any? I have never sold a share, only purchased through my brokerage firm Janney Mongomery Scott. I formerly requested certificates from my brokerage firm but they were unable to provide them. I have filed a formal complaint with the SEC. I do expect we will trade again as this is the only way to fairly and equitably remedy this situation. I will not sell cheaply when that time comes. The short here is proven and there is no question it exists. Those who naked shorted the stock are locked in just as those who legitimatly purchased shares are. Those who deposited counterfeit certificates are also locked in and obviously do not want this to trade again. Everyone who posts here has a vested interest for doing so. I have contributed to the legal fund and I am a member of http://www.let-bcit-trade.com/ I have been fighting naked shortselling for over 10 years and my letters appear on the SEC website on several subjects but all relate to cleaning up our markets.
