Yes, impressive credentials, but TEVA's been around the block a few times regarding patent disputes. I respect a Harvard law Degree. Over and above that, he has excellent credentials. I respect what he's done, but what matters is what he can do for this case, and what his support staff can do to help.
NVS has been around the block a few times as well. IMHO, we can safely assume NVS/Sandoz will line-up a legal team equal to or better than Teva's. mLovenox is a very important for NVS/Sandoz and they will spend whatever is needed to support their position.
