I respect a Harvard law Degree.

Maybe not so much in this case - when I graduated in the mid-80's they didn't even offer a patent law course. Only IP course offered was copyright.

Teva lives and dies on patent infringement. They undoubtedly have the best talent of any biotech or pharma company by far. Of course their attorneys are going to have to do a 180 in terms of what side of validity and infringement they are on here...
