IMO DD is 'spot on' in his analysis of the lawsuit.
// Teva is hurting MNTA's business (mkt value, business prospects / development, etc.)... MNTA is more likely to call Teva's bluff knowing Teva is spouting BS... end result... message sent to Teva and the public... "Teva, your rhetoric is BS and we are tired of playing games".
