Funny that you say that because he is still filing quarterly reports, his name is still on the filings as a major liability (money due to him), there could very well be legal ramifications on QASP from all of his public lies in the past here as well and we still have absolutely no details from Jeff about what Dean agreed to in order for him to step down as CEO. Those details could very well tie him to the stock/company further. Do you really think Dean stepped away without getting something in return?? Please... IMO, Jeff made some sort of under the table deal with Dean to get him to step down, but at the same time I am definitely NOT surprised Jeff has been quiet about it either because it's it's not something he would brag about.
